The only workflow I’ve seen work consistently is boring and manual:
Write the draft (AI is fine) → read it end to end and rewrite it the way you would explain it → add your own opinions, tradeoffs, and real experience.
If you skip the rewrite step, you’re just polishing AI patterns.
If you skip personal judgment, detectors aren’t the real problem — quality is.
