my school has an AI policy but different teachers enforce it completely differently. one says never use it at all. one says use it but cite it. one says fine for brainstorming. one has never mentioned it once. how are students supposed to know what to do when the rules change every class?
honestly the licensing clarity matters as much as quality for my use case. some of the free tools are vague about commercial use rights. worth reading the terms before you build a workflow around one, especially if you’re putting the content on monetized channels.
